           Herbal Remedies                                       

1. How to maintain Youthfulness and prevent premature aging

  1. one ball of tree ripe orange fruit
  2. one ball of lime or lemon fruit
  3. one egg( yolk only)
  4. one table spoon of pure honey

Extract the juice from the orange in a glass cup, add the yolk and mix thoroughly, add a table spoon of pure honey and sprinkling of the lime or lemon juice. Drink the mixture on the spot fresh. It’s not to be stored for later use.  Take once or twice daily. This recipe is good for those suffering from sickle cell anemia. This recipe taken over a long period of time can rejuvenate the body and make you look youthful and vibrant with energy.

  2. Quick Immune Booster

  1. A bottle of Pure Honey
  2. Tree - Ripe Pawpaw Fruit (Carica Papaya)
  3. Pinch of Powdered Ginger

Ground the ripe pawpaw after peeling the skin, remove the seeds and grind or blend to a smooth finish, mix with a 50cl of pure honey and a pinch of Ginger. Take 2 tablespoons twice or thrice daily or whenever you feel rundown.

  3.  Energy / Stamina

  1. Tree – Ripe banana (a small bunch)
  2. A quarter to half a kilo of groundnut (fried)
  3. A bottle of pure Honey

Grind items (1) and (2) separately. Mix and add about 50cl of pure honey. Take two tablespoons twice or thrice daily. This recipe is good for building strength and stamina.

   4.  Homemade Source of Natural Vitamins and Minerals

  1. Moringa Oleifera (powder)
  2. Kelp (in powder)
  3. Oat straw (in powder)
  4. Cayenne (in powder)
  5. Wheat grass (powder)
  6. Dandelion (Powder)
  7. Iris moss  (Powder) 
  8. Spirulina  (powder)                                             

Purchase these Herbs from a reputable Health food store, mix them thoroughly and put in 00 caps. 2 caps thrice daily.

    5.  Control of Blood Sugar

      1.  Aloe Vera - Succulent leaf, one or two fingers should be enough.

      2.  3 to 4 balls of common Lime fruit

 Blend the Aloe and extract the  juice in a suitable container. Extract the lime juice and mix the two items thoroughly. Take two or 3 table spoonfuls twice daily for few days and check your blood sugar readings. If your reading has come down to normal, stop and discontinue use.
